Consequences of being NOT famous

As a blogger I mean

1. Your Nuffnang cheque gets delayed and since you're not famous, nobody will know, nobody will notice, even when you blog it out, nobody will care because you're not famous, nobody will see.

"Nuffnang pays at the beginning of each month, and you have to wait for a week
for the cheque to reach your doorstep".

I requested for payment on 17 July 2007, it's 23 August 2007, and my doorstep has nothing but dust, and probably dog poo, oh wait, my Payment Status is still AWAITING. After 1month +?

2. Your earning never gets updated, I don't believe for 2 weeks I do not have a single click! Then again, nobody sees that, because you're not famous, nobody care what you earn, nobody wana pay you.

After I created a ticket (aka sent enquiry) to Nuffnang, my reply was

"Basically, you have to achieve the minimum amount of 20 unique
visitors to your blog and maintain that minimum number of visitors. After then,
you can sit back and relax while our advertisers select the blogs on which to
run their ad campaigns on. Should you be selected, you will be notified by email
based on the type and the duration of the ad campaign.

When the ad campaign is run, your default Nuffnang ad will be
changed to the advertiser's advertisement for the duration in which has been
stated in the email that you have received. You will then begin collecting
earnings based on the type of campaign which is either the unique number of
visitors to your page (Bands) or the clicks on your ads (CPC).

You will only know of the type of ad campaign after it ends and is
updated in your earnings. This is in order to prevent click fraud as CPC pays
much higher than band visits. The amount of earnings along with its rates will
also remain confidential until it is released in your earnings. However, you may
opt to display the default CPC based ads on your Nuffnang account in your "Add
Ads" page while you are not running any ad campaigns.We hope that this

July to OCTOBER, so cin cin cai cai also will have ads right? But no, because you're nobody, you're not famous, nobody bothers to update your earnings, thus, my earning stops eversince 4th August 2007.

Now on the other hand, if you're famous...

1. You will probably get your payment in a week or less

2. Everybody will advertise on your blog and you will get updates because if you blog something out like this, everybody's gona notice!

See, I'm so not famous! Nobody cares, I have no money, I'm so insignificant, I bet this post probably won't make much of a difference also!

Now I understand what TTL mean (in his old blog), in less than a week I have RM3 ++ edi from Advertlets, as for Nuffnang, from 15 July till today, I only have RM4.80.

This post is not meant to condemn any or praise any, it's just that, I'm so sad that I'm not famous *cry*
